Goss Base | Pindar

Project Description

Following from our successful work on the Lithoman machine base Pindar asked KFB to return and repeat this work on a similar project at their Scarborough factory. Again this project involved excavation of the existing factory floor and the construction of a huge level concrete base for a new printing press within an existing factory. The diversion of underground services and the raising of the roof of the factory was extended to accommodate the height of the new machine. The main concrete pour took place on one day which was successfully poured and power floated.
